Position Overview
In your position you will be completely focus on your customer base by providing world class service and support. You will maintain relationships at all levels of the client organization, develop new business opportunities, and maintain a healthy business proposal within your assigned Segment. You will serve as the customer Advocate, ensuring that they experience the excellent support that they expect from Speed Send, and receive maximum return on investment. You will be in constant communication with your assigned customers throughout the contract life cycle, with the full understanding of their business model and requirement
Responsibilities/ Duties
JOB PURPOSE:
To achieve sales, gross profit targets within specific Segment.
To understand Speed Send organization, respect regulation and apply Corporate Sales Manual
To identify, win and develop profitable business in line with the Corporate Account Division proposition
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: WIN NEW BUSINESS
Planning for Prospecting for new business
Consistently win a targeted number and value of new customers within a defined prospect list
Work closely with Corporate Sales Managers within your defined Sectors of responsibility, to identify business
Develop Account Implementation Schedule for new wins.
RETAINING NEW BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Visit New Wins at a frequency agreed by Corporate Sales Manager to ensure good trading relationship with customers during maturity period
Negotiate fixed terms agreements so as to maximize business potential
Work closely with Corporate Account Manager during hand Over
BROADENING TRADING WITH NEW CUSTOMER
Retain New Business and visit as appropriate to ensure that they remain motivated
Increase the spend by product penetration and gross profit of those accounts visited
•Bring the customer spend to 100% of compliance
•Management of customer's portfolio:
•Analysis and monitoring of customer spends
•Margin management
•Customer development
•conduct regular reviews with customers
IMPLEMENT NEW WINS FROM EXISTING CUSTOMERS
Implement new wins coming from Corporate sales Executive after account handover
Work closely with Corporate Sales executive to ensure all cost centers follow the agreement and bring them to 100% of compliance
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
There is a need to be mobile and to work in different locations as required
Qualification Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Experience
2-3 Years of experience in sales field
Worked as Corporate Sales
Dealing with Corporate customers specially purchasing department
Sales Knowledge
Skills
Ability to behave in a professional courteous and personable manner whilst at the same time remaining assertive and building trust and respect quickly
Ability to analyze information and exercise sound commercial judgment as to actions required
Ability to present ideas, concepts and reports in an interesting and stimulating manner
Ability to achieve a high number of presentations to customers in accordance with objectives agreed with Business Development Manager.
Ability to sell and negotiate at all levels within the company hierarchy
Ability to plan work in a coordinated and efficient manner so that results are achieved within deadlines, to the required quality standards and cost effectively
Language Preference
Excellent written and spoken English

Experience : Minimum 2 Year Experience.
