Job Description
•Obtain general understanding of OS and applications related to company offered services.•Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone.•Install and customize the company products in customers’ sites.
•Train the customers on the products features.
•Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.•Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.•Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Requirements
•B.Sc. in engineering or computer science.•Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.•Experience with hardware and software issues.•Good understanding of operating systems and database servers.
•Good communication skills.
•Min. 1 year related experience.
